What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all courses. If you're not satisfied with the course within the first 7 days of enrollment, you can request a full refund. Please contact our support team with your enrollment details.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.

Are there any conditions for refunds?

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course content. Additionally, you must submit your refund request within 7 days of enrollment.

What courses do you offer?

We offer a focused range of high-impact programs, including PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, and SAFe®. Whether you're looking to break into project management or move into senior roles, our courses are built for real outcomes.

How to enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, simply visit our course catalog, select the course you're interested in, and click the "Enroll Now" button. You'll be guided through the registration and payment process.

What is the course completion time?

Course completion time varies depending on the course. Most courses are designed to be completed in 6-12 weeks with a commitment of 5-10 hours per week. However, you can learn at your own pace as all courses have lifetime access.

Are there any prerequisites for the courses?

Prerequisites vary by course. For PMP® certification, you need either: 1) A four-year degree with 36 months of project management experience, or 2) A high school diploma with 60 months of project management experience. Check individual course pages for specific requirements.

How does online learning work?

Our online learning platform provides video lectures, interactive quizzes, assignments, and live Q&A sessions. You can access course materials 24/7 from any device with internet access. Each course has a dedicated dashboard where you can track your progress.

Can I access courses on mobile devices?

Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones and tablets. You can download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store for a better learning experience on the go.

Are there live sessions or is it all pre-recorded?

We offer a blend of both! Courses include pre-recorded video lessons that you can watch at your convenience, plus regular live sessions with instructors for Q&A, discussions, and doubt clearing. Live session schedules are provided at the beginning of each course.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For corporate clients, we also offer invoice-based payments.

Do you offer installment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible installment plans for most courses. You can choose to pay in 2-3 installments over the duration of the course. The installment option is available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure your payment information is completely secure. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Are certificates provided after course completion?

Yes, upon successful completion of any course, you will receive a certificate of completion. For certification prep courses (like PMP®), we provide a certificate of training which is valid for PMI® application.

Are your certificates recognized by employers?

Yes, our certificates are recognized by thousands of companies worldwide. We are a PMI® Authorized Training Partner (ATP), and our certificates carry the PMI® logo and are accepted by PMI® for certification applications.

How do I receive my certificate?

Certificates are issued digitally through our platform. Once you complete all course requirements, you can download your certificate in PDF format from your dashboard. We also provide a shareable link that you can add to your LinkedIn profile.

Do you provide mentoring support?

Yes, all our courses include mentoring support. You'll have access to experienced mentors who can help with course content, career guidance, and certification preparation. Mentoring is available through scheduled sessions and email support.

How often can I interact with mentors?

Mentoring frequency varies by course. For PMP® mentorship, you get weekly live sessions plus unlimited email support. For other courses, you typically get bi-weekly sessions. All courses include access to a private community forum where mentors are active daily.

What qualifications do your mentors have?

Our mentors are industry professionals with 10+ years of experience and multiple certifications. All PMP® mentors are PMP® certified themselves, with extensive experience in training and mentoring candidates for PMI® certifications.
